Grippi has

contracting,
with an

completion.
As a
construction
manager and
general
contractor,
he has
provided
leadership
on a wide
range of
high-end
residential
and
commercial
projects.
His
experience
includes
work on
residential,
commercial
and
industrial
projects
ranging from
$17 million
to $26
million,
and 1000 to
128,000
square feet
throughout
the United
States and
the
Caribbean.
In 1990, Mr.
Grippi
founded
Berkshire
Construction
&
Management,
Inc., a
construction
management
and general
contracting
firm
specializing
in high-end
residential
construction.
His company
has
completed
many
residential
projects
with a value
in excess of
$125 million.
Prior to
that, Mr. Grippi
managed
complex
projects for
several
general
contracting
and
construction
management
firms.
Several
particular
strengths
have
contributed
to Mr.
Grippi's
success to
date. These
strengths
include
successfully
establishing
and
maintaining
long-term
relationships
with
clients. He
consistently
delivers
complex
projects on
schedule. He
shows a keen
sensitivity
to the
balance
between
budget,
schedule and
quality. And
his
engineering
background
facilitates
the
execution of
complex
designs,
which
underlies
his
recommendations
to lower
cost.
Mr. Grippi
studied
engineering
at the
University
of Virginia
and Clarkson
University,
receiving
his BS in
Civil and
Environmental
Engineering
from
Clarkson in
1977. He is
a licensed
engineer in
both New
York and
Connecticut.
