With thirty years of experience in construction management and general contracting, Mario Grippi has an exceptional record of efficient operations and on-time completion. As a construction manager and general contractor, he provides leadership on a wide range of high-end residential and commercial projects. His experience includes work on residential, commercial and industrial projects ranging from $17 million to $26 million, and 1000 to 128,000 square feet throughout the United States and the Caribbean.

Mr. Grippi’s greatest strengths include: successfully establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients; consistently delivering complex projects on schedule; showing a keen sensitivity to the balance between budget, schedule and quality; and, aided by his engineering background, facilitating the execution of complex designs, and the knowledge to lower costs through keen recommendations.

Mr. Grippi studied engineering at the University of Virginia and Clarkson University, receiving his BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Clarkson in 1977. He is a licensed engineer in New York and Connecticut.
