Paul W. Reiss has twenty-four years of experience in architectural design and construction, serving as designer, project architect and owner's representative on a wide range of complex commercial and high-end residential projects.

Mr. Reiss began his career as a designer of laboratory research buildings and educational institutions, including a headquarters for Nabisco Brands and Stuyvesant High School in New York City. Mario Grippi and Paul Reiss began working together in 1988 on a team to build a riding arena in Connecticut. They have represented successfully both the interests of the client and the architect while providing a high quality project.

Since then, they have continued to work closely as part of consultant team to serve individual clients in the United States and the Caribbean. They have overseen projects with construction values from $2 to $26 million. In addition to his experience as an architect, Mr. Reiss has worked with individual clients at J.P. Morgan & Co.

Mr. Reiss graduated from Yale College in 1979 with a B.A. in Economics. He continued his studies at Yale, receiving a Masters Degree in Architecture in 1982. He also received a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University in 1996.
